Report of the Special Rapporteur of the Human Rights
Council on the sale of children, child prostitution and
child pornography
Summary
The present report is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution
70/137. The Special Rapporteur describes the activities undertaken in relation to the
discharge of her mandate since her previous report to the Assembly (A/70/222).
She also provides a study containing an analysis of the sale of children for the
purpose of forced labour and proposes comprehensive measures to combat this
phenomenon.
