Encourages the Secretary-General to continue to take additional measures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel under the auspices of the United Nations participating in the Mission; 19. Invites voluntary contributions to the Mission in cash and in the form of services and supplies acceptable to the Secretary-General, to be administered, as appropriate, in accordance with the procedure and practices established by the General Assembly; 20. Regrets that the report of the Secretary-General does not contain satisfactory explanations, and requests the Secretary-General to improve the presentation in his future reports on the budget of the Mission and to submit them in a timely manner; 21. Decides to keep under review during its fifty-fourth session the item entitled “Financing of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo”. 88th plenary meeting 23 December 1999
