The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the General Assembly the
report of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders, Michel
Forst, in accordance with Assembly resolutions 66/164 and 68/181 and Human Rights
Council resolutions 16/5 and 25/18.
