Report of the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of
the right to freedom of opinion and expression
Summary
The Secretariat has the honour to transmit to the Human Rights Council an
addendum to the report of the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the
right to freedom of opinion and expression, David Kaye, pursuant to Council resolution
34/18. In this addendum the Special Rapporteur provides a summary of issues and concerns
raised by States, civil society and other stakeholders in their submissions to his report.
