[Calls upon all States:] Parties, in complying with their reporting obligations to the Committee on the Rights of the Child under paragraph 1 of article 44 of the Convention, to include, in accordance with the Committee's guidelines, information on the situation and the needs of children with disabilities, including disaggregated data, and on the measures taken to ensure to such children their enjoyment of the rights under the Convention;
