The General Assembly,

2004, 60/60 of 8 December 2005, 61/63 of 6 December 2006, 62/28 of 5 December
2007, 63/51 of 2 December 2008, 64/33 of 2 December 2009, 65/53 of 8 December
2010, 66/31 of 2 December 2011, 67/37 of 3 December 2012, 68/36 of 5 December
2013, 69/55 of 2 December 2014, 70/30 of 7 December 2015, 71/60 of 5 December

Emphasizing the importance of the observance of environmental norms in the
preparation and implementation of disarmament and arms limitation agreements,
Recognizing that it is necessary to take duly into account the agreements adopted
at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, as well as prior
relevant agreements, in the drafting and implementation of agreements on
disarmament and arms limitation,
Taking note of the report of the Secretary-General submitted pursuant to
resolution 75/53, 1
Noting that the Eighteenth Summit of Heads of State or Government of
Non-Aligned Countries, held in Baku on 25 and 26 October 2019, welcomed the
