The right of the child to freedom of expression 2014, para. 89
Paragraph
Paragraph text
States should actively promote the right of children to freedom of expression, including access to information, in all settings. Traditional authoritarian attitudes towards children in all spheres, including the home, school and society in general, can be challenged.
