Having considered the relevant reports of the Secretary-General submitted to
the General Assembly 1 and the related report of the Advisory Committee on
Administrative and Budgetary Questions, 2
Having also considered the reports of the Joint Inspection Unit on the review
of the medical service in the United Nations system, 3 on staff-management relations
within the United Nations 4 and on the management of sick leave in the United
Nations system, 5 as well as the notes by the Secretary-General transmitting his
comments and those of the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for
Coordination thereon, 6
