The present report follows the analysis of European Union border control presented to the Human Rights Council in 2013. It will address persistent human rights concerns and examine the long-term feasibility of the European Union’s overall migration policy and the application of the Union’s founding values and regional human rights standards in relation to integration and diversity. * The report is circulated in all official languages.
