The Working Group urges States to, where appropriate, actively pursue reparatory justice for people of African descent. The Working Group also encourages States and regional organizations to undertake initiatives to address recognition, justice and development for people of African descent, as does the CARICOM Ten-Point Action Plan on reparations.
