The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the General Assembly the
report of the Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of
association, Clément Nyaletsossi Voule, submitted in accordance with Human Rights
Council resolutions 15/21, 32/32, 41/12 and 50/17.
